Admission Guidelines

Names of those seeking admission to the school are enrolled upon completion of the registration form, along with a non-transferable and non-refundable registration fee.

Students who have attended any school before can't be admitted until a Transfer Certificate is provided.

Please note that registration, in no way, GUARANTEES ADMISSION.

Admission Procedure

For classes Nursery, LKG & UKG

The child must be 3 years of age or older by 1st April of the session for which admission is sought in Nursery. Admission to Nursery and KG classes shall be based on student interactions and on a first-come, first-served basis. Admissions are open throughout the year for these classes, and the list of students will be displayed on the school's reception and display board.

For classes I & II

The candidate who registers for admission first will have to appear for a written test in the subjects of English, Hindi, Maths, and EVS. After clearing the test, the child is required to fill out the admission form.

For classes III and above

Written tests are conducted for classes III and above in all subjects. The result list of students will be displayed on the school display board at the reception. After clearing the test, the child must fill out the admission form.

Please note: The syllabus for the above-mentioned tests will be based on the content from the previous class.

Entrance Test

Children who have enrolled should appear for an entrance test, which may be written or oral, conducted within the school for various grade levels. The test will cover subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, and any other subject deemed necessary.

The selection of candidates will depend on the children's performance in the test/interview and the availability of seats in the respective class.

  • The evaluation of the child for admission is also based on the following factors:
    • Academic readiness and motivation
    • Social and emotional development
    • Family cooperation in working with the school and meeting the students' needs
    • The school's ability to meet the children's needs

The date of the interview result and the final fee submission deadline will be specified at the time of the test/interview.

Based on the admission test and other criteria, the school reserves the right to admit any student found suitable for admission or decline admission without providing any explanation. For all matters related to admissions, the decision of the Principal/Management will be final.

Withdrawal

  • Parents/guardians are not entitled to a refund of any fees or charges if they decide to withdraw their ward after depositing fees and other charges.
  • Parents must provide clear one month's notice in advance for the withdrawal of their ward(s); failing to do so will result in a month's fee being charged in lieu of the notice.
  • In the case of withdrawal, the transfer certificate and security deposit will only be released after clearing all school dues.
  • A student's name may be struck from the school rolls if they are absent for 6 consecutive working days without leave.
  • A student can also be asked to leave the school for any of the following reasons:
    • Indiscipline
    • Unsatisfactory progress in academics
    • Failure in the final examination for two consecutive times
    • Moral turpitude or any other serious misconduct.

Fees Structure

  • Fees can be paid in advance for a full or half year with a discount, but in the regular course, fees for a quarter must be paid in advance by the 10th of each quarter, starting from April. A fine of Rs. 2/- per day will be charged if the fee isn't paid by the due date. The student's name will be struck off the rolls if the fee isn't paid by the end of the due month, and re-admission may be granted with the payment of a fresh admission fee at the discretion of the head.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded. Receipts for all payments should be retained as proof of payment.
  • Parents interested in depositing their fees in the bank are encouraged to obtain a voucher book from the school counter at the time of admission. No separate voucher book will be provided to parents who choose to pay the fee at the school accounts office. If the 10th of the month falls on a holiday, the fee can be paid on the following working day without a fine.
  • Fees are to be paid in four quarters, starting from April, July, October, and January.
  • Security deposit is payable once at the time of admission and is refundable six months after the student leaves the school..
  • Annual fees are payable in two installments in April and October of the year.
  • The processing fee will be paid along with the first installment of the fee at the time of admission.
